Job summary

EMR is seeking a Depot Administrator Coordinator to support depot staff, management, customers and suppliers across multiple sites.

You will be organised, proactive and a team player, with on-the-job training provided; Saturday rota 7am-12pm may be required.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for all contractors/suppliers and build and maintain relationships.
• Liaise with internal operations and general public.
• Cover the weighbridge as and when required.
• Plan and forecast repairs/defects/equipment orders.
• Develop and maintain records/scanning for plant and equipment.
• Take lead on data analysis and report defects to management.
• Coordinate key reports and databases.
• Plan and schedule resource/training for operations.
• Provide support for new starter inductions.
• Record and communicate minutes and actions as required.
• Ensure invoices are processed in line with procedures.
• Raise purchase orders and manage spend data against budgets.
