EMR Group in Glasgow is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a depot-wide team, driving safe, environmentally sound, efficient and productive operations while meeting quality targets.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will apply continuous improvement, lean management and collaborative leadership to reduce waste, improve efficiency and deliver excellent customer service. You will develop strategies and plans to achieve strategic outcomes and influence the wider business.
