Qualifications

• General practice experience desirable.
• Proven track record in patient-focused reception.
• Willing to demonstrate high levels of patient care.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic with a motivation to learn and develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional reception service and ensure excellent patient care.
• Maximise use of Software of Excellence to maintain accurate records.
• Answer calls, book appointments and collect patient charges.
• Maintain reception cleanliness to support patient confidence in care.
• Manage the appointment book to optimise clinician productivity and patient needs.
