Job summary

Real Good Dental in Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team. You will support patients from initial enquiry through to treatment acceptance, explaining options, benefits and costs, and ensuring a confident, supported journey.

With strong communication, you will coordinate appointments, discuss finance options where appropriate, and work closely with dentists and reception teams to maximise patient engagement and treatment uptake across our Glasgow

Qualifications

• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator or relevant dental experience and keen to develop into a TCO role.
• Warm, approachable and genuinely passionate about helping patients.
• Excellent communicator who can explain complex information simply and reassuringly.
• Confident discussing treatment plans and associated costs.
• Comfortable discussing finance and treatment investment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and build rapport with new and existing patients.
• Guide patients through treatment journey from consultation to acceptance.
• Explain treatment options, benefits, costs and next steps clearly.
• Support clinicians during consultations and facilitate effective discussions.
• Follow up treatment plans and enquiries to maximise engagement.
• Maintain regular communication with patients by phone, email and other channels.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth transition from consultation to treatment.
• Discuss finance options and payment arrangements where appropriate.
