Artis Dental & Implant Studio, part of the Clyde Munro Group, is recruiting a Part-Time Dental Receptionist (Monday - Thursday). You will provide a professional reception service and ensure excellent patient care in line with our practice values, while supporting health and safety guidance.

You will manage patient records using Software of Excellence, answer calls, book appointments, collect charges, maintain a welcoming environment, and help maximise clinician productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a general practice reception environment.
• Proven track record in a customer/patient focused reception.
• Willing to demonstrate high levels of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for patients.
• Use Software of Excellence to maintain accurate patient records.
• Answer the telephone, book appointments and collect payments.
• Maintain reception cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Manage the appointment book to maximise clinician productivity.
