Infinityblu Dental Care & Implant Clinic in Auchtermuchty is seeking a highly organised Front of House Administrator to join our team. You will support reception, manage appointments and ensure an excellent patient experience from arrival to departure.

This role is suited to an experienced receptionist or customer service professional, ideally with dental/healthcare exposure, and a willingness to learn and develop within dentistry.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental, healthcare or busy customer-facing environment desirable.
• Excellent communication and professional, empathetic patient care.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional reception service and patient-centred experience.
• Manage the Front of House / reception operations and smooth daily running.
• Book, coordinate, reschedule and cancel patient appointments as required.
• Handle patient enquiries by phone, email and in person with timely responses.
• Update patient records and notes after communications.
• Liaise with Dentists, Nurses and external providers to support patient journeys.
• Coordinate appointment changes due to clinical or lab needs.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR and practice policies.
