• Key Responsibilities Assist in managing committee processes and meeting schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures followed. Provide professional support to members and stakeholders, including on complex or sensitive matters, with tact and discretion. Draft clear and accurate reports and provide advice to support informed decision-making. Coordinate with officers and members to prepare agendas and documentation for internal and external meetings. Attend meetings and produce accurate, timely minutes and records. Handle administrative matters arising from meetings, including those related to the Monitoring Officer.
