As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef de Partie in ownership of a specific section within the kitchen, leading and mentoring a team of Commis Chefs to ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality dishes. You will play a key role in the preparation and execution of menus across multiple outlets, including: Rotunda Lounge & Bar, In‑Room Dining, Banqueting, and our new Signature restaurant.
