Job summary

The Midland is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie - Cold Kitchen to join our Manchester kitchen. You will support the Chef de Partie in day-to-day running of the cold section, preparing afternoon tea sandwiches, cold starters, salads and banqueting items.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills across kitchen sections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold kitchen dishes, including afternoon tea sandwiches and buffets.
• Support with cold starters, salads and banqueting items to required standards.
• Maintain mise-en-place, stock rotation and a clean, safe work environment.
