Demi Chef de Partie – Manchester – Luxury Hotel – A talented Demi Chef de Partie is required in Manchester for this contemporary luxury hotel. The hotel is lavishly decorated with over 50 bedrooms and offers a high standard, modern restaurant which will be run by a Head Chef with a Michelin Star background and will bring a world of indulgence for diners; providing a wide range of modern British dishes on an a la carte menu as well as a delectable, gastronomic tasting menu that truly demonstrates the excellent standard of food available here. Along with other more informal dining areas, the hotel also offers a plush bar and lounge area and is popular with conferences and special events. This stylish hotel has a modern feel partnered with a friendly 5 Star standard of service.

They are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie with a background of working with fresh food, and working within good standard establishments and someone who is looking to learn under an extremely talented chef. The kitchen is a very good size and has all modern equipment and there are 12 chefs within the team.
