Job summary

ABode Chester, part of the Andrew Brownsword Hotels group, seeks a Demi Chef De Partie to join a vibrant kitchen team. You’ll work with fresh ingredients to produce dishes for our guests, guided by senior chefs and supported by a strong, collaborative crew.

You’ll be expected to keep up with allergen training, label foods properly, and share knowledge with junior KP’s and Commis while maintaining a tidy, safe kitchen. Flexible rotas are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn from senior chefs.
• Ability to work flexible, fair rotas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes from fresh ingredients for guests.
• Demonstrate knife skills and learn from senior chefs.
• Maintain allergen training and food safety standards.
• Keep kitchen clean and ensure foods are labeled correctly.
• Mentor junior KP’s and Commis joining the team.
