We Are Aspire Ltd in London is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own demand generation across events, membership, directory and jobs products within the Defence & Security sector. The role combines strategy, data and hands-on execution in a hybrid Putney-based setup.

You'll build the demand engine, own audience growth, lead generation, nurture and conversion, and shape how demand is measured and optimised.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in demand generation, growth marketing or related discipline.
• Proven track record of generating measurable traffic, leads and pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with lead nurture and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical and optimisation skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing tech.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs.
• Grow audience, traffic, and qualified leads across the portfolio.
• Manage paid and organic channels across search, social, partnerships, referrals.
• Build automated, always-on nurture journeys toward conversion.
• Monitor metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion, traffic, engagement) to optimise performance.
• Lead CRO testing to improve landing pages, emails, content journeys.
• Collaborate with campaigns, brand, content and ops teams; work with external agencies.
• Manage and develop a Demand Generation Executive; own budget decisions.
