Job summary

NG Bailey IT Services in Leeds is seeking a proactive Demand Generation Executive to join our growing IT Services team. The role blends marketing creativity with commercial focus, supporting campaigns, content creation and lead generation for sectors including Defence and Critical Infrastructure.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and stakeholders, delivering engaging content and campaigns while managing digital channels and contributing to business growth. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Strong written content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, lead generation or sales support.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with ability to learn and contribute new ideas.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives across priority markets.
• Create high-quality content including presentations, case studies and campaign assets.
• Manage and schedule digital content across LinkedIn, email and website platforms.
• Collaborate with sales to support account priorities and growth campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign follow-up to capture and progress enquiries and leads.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on engagement and conversions.
• Develop customer-focused messaging translating technical solutions into business value.
• Support planning and delivery of events, exhibitions and customer engagement activities.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify opportunities.
