Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd in Putney, London, is seeking a Campaign Manager to own integrated campaigns across events and digital products in the Defence & Security sector, with hybrid working (3 days in the office).

You will plan, deliver and optimise campaigns, write copy, manage agencies and internal stakeholders, and use data to drive acquisition, retention and conversions while monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge across multiple channels with depth in 2-3.
• Excellent direct-response copywriting and editing.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing automation, analytics and marketing tech.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, testing and optimisation.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills.
• Data-driven approach to turning insight into action.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from planning through delivery and optimisation.
• Drive acquisition, retention and conversion across key audiences.
• Write, edit and proofread compelling promotional copy.
• Manage activity across email, social, paid media, websites and landing pages.
• Report on KPIs, forecast performance and turn data into recommendations.
• Test campaigns and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Brief and manage agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders.
• Use customer insight and market trends to shape campaigns.
• Support the management of the product marketing budget.
