Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd in Putney, London, is hiring a Campaign Manager to drive integrated campaigns across defence and security events and digital products. This hands-on marketing role requires ownership from planning through delivery, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office) and a salary of £36,000-£48,000 plus benefits.

The successful candidate will combine strategy, creativity and data to optimise campaigns, working with the marketing team and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge across multiple marketing channels.
• Excellent direct-response copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing automation, analytics and other marketing technology.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage integrated campaign plans from planning to delivery.
• Drive acquisition, retention and conversion across key audiences.
• Write, edit and proofread compelling promotional copy.
• Manage activity across email, social, paid media, websites and landing pages.
• Report on KPIs, forecasting performance and turn data into recommendations.
• Test campaigns and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Brief agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders.
• Use customer insight and market trends to shape campaigns.
