Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in logistics or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of sorting, scanning, and dispatching.
• Experience with WMS and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
• Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of movement and equipment.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
