Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor in the United Kingdom. You will oversee daily operations, leading a team to ensure timely processing and dispatch of packages for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD.

Qualifications

Experience in supervising or leading logistics/warehousing/delivery teams.
Strong understanding of sorting, scanning and dispatch processes.
Ability to analyse data to drive efficiency and decisions.
Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training and scheduling.
Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow and ensure accurate sorting and loading.
Monitor station performance against metrics like on-time delivery and safety compliance.
Enforce company policies, safety regulations and quality standards.
Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and improve workflow.
Prepare performance reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
