Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a delivery station supervisor to oversee daily operations for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD. You will lead a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, manage inbound/outbound flows, and ensure accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes to meet on-time delivery targets.

You will monitor performance against metrics, enforce safety and quality standards, and communicate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a logistics, warehousing, or delivery operation.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes including sorting, scanning, and dispatching.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
• Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, and safety compliance.
