Job summary

JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring timely processing and dispatch of packages within our UK delivery station. You will manage a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, drive safety and quality standards, and optimize workflow using data insights and WMS tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a logistics, warehousing, or delivery operation.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, including sorting, scanning, and dispatching.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
• Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of package movement and equipment.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the delivery station.
