Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics seeks a Delivery Station Supervisor in the United Kingdom to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processing and dispatch of packages for JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD. You will lead a team to meet targets and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will supervise inbound/outbound flows, optimise performance with KPI monitoring, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues, while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervisory or leadership role within logistics or delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of sorting, scanning, dispatching, and warehouse processes.
• Excellent leadership, team management and staff development skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve efficiency.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse teams.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to safety and quality regulatory compliance.
• Preferred valid driver’s license and related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a delivery station team, including training and scheduling.
• Manage inbound/outbound package flow, sorting, scanning and loading activities.
• Monitor station performance against KPIs such as on-time delivery and safety.
• Enforce company policies, safety rules and quality standards across operations.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimise disruption.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate movement records.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare performance reports and identify improvement opportunities for management.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized delivery station environment.
