Job summary

JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD. is seeking a Delivery Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processing and dispatch of packages. You will lead a team, manage inbound/outbound flows, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will monitor performance, optimize processes, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes including sorting, scanning, and dispatching.
• Excellent leadership and team management with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
• Proficiency in using WMS and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to safety and quality with knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
• Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of movement and equipment.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management with improvement proposals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at the delivery station.
