Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, and loading processes.
Monitor and optimize station performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, package handling efficiency, and safety compliance.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational guidelines.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve workflow.
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of package movement and equipment.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and present performance reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the delivery station.
