Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager within the Customer Success team to apply your project management expertise to deploy and scale our AI-powered insurance platform.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, manage resources, and build governance to realise benefits post-launch, while collaborating with product and engineering across London and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Track record of managing multiple projects with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal delivery best practices and maintain momentum.
