Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager within the Customer Success team. Based in London or remote, you will drive agile delivery, governance, and benefits realization across deployments, collaborating with Product leads and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

You will lead a small team including a business analyst and a Customer Engineer, shaping delivery momentum and continuous improvement in a fast-evolving insurtech environment.

• Proven experience in Agile project management across complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record delivering multiple projects on time and within scope.
• Ability to plan, forecast, and govern delivery with measurable benefits.
