Job summary

Cytora is hiring a Delivery Manager for the Customer Success team in London. You will report to the Head of Delivery and use your project-management expertise to ensure successful deployments, governance, and measurable benefits.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, mentor a business analyst and a Customer Engineer, and collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business domains to realise continuous value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI/Data Science products is a plus.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
