Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Customer Success team. You will manage resources for initial deployments, ensure governance, and drive benefits realization with a focus on agile delivery. Remote or London-based candidates are welcome to apply.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will partner with Product Lead and Customer Success to improve delivery efficiency and customer outcomes across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management and execution.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within scope.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries to build trust.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities within the team.
• Lead continual planning including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
