Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager to join the Customer Success team in the UK. You will leverage your project management expertise to oversee deployments, governance, and benefit realization, while guiding agile delivery and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, support post-launch activities, and help scale agile practices within a fast-moving Insurtech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with timely delivery.
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of AI/Data Science products is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team follows our internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities within the team.
• Lead continual planning processes including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics and connect day-to-day work with the product vision.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer and engage with stakeholders.
