Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager in a hybrid London/Remote setting to lead the Customer Success Delivery team. You will apply agile delivery practices, manage resources, and ensure successful deployments with governance and measurable benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities within the team.
• Lead continual planning and post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics and align work with product vision.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
