Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, seeks a Delivery Manager for the Customer Success team. Based in London or remote, you will oversee agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful deployments and measurable benefits.

You’ll collaborate with Product Leads and Customer Success to drive continuous improvement and post-launch support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management with successful outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Track record of delivering multiple projects on time.
• Effective stakeholder collaboration at all levels.
• Understanding of AI/Data Science products is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
