Job summary

Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Delivery Manager at its Head Office in Nottingham with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week). You will plan, prioritise and sequence work, collaborate across teams to tackle complex business challenges, and drive value while ensuring delivery plans stay on track and budgets are aligned.

In this role you’ll work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads and stakeholders to enable change, balance quality against feasibility, and lead delivery across

• Formal training in delivery/project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps.

About you:

• Continuous Delivery Expertise: Strong understanding of delivery principles and sustaining flow.
• Planning and Prioritisation: Skilled in sequencing and sizing change for predictability.
• Delivery Methods Knowledge: Experienced in Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Business Change Awareness: Knowledge of readiness, training, and adoption practices.
• Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Effective at managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Builds strong partnerships across product, engineering, and business teams.
• Qualifications and Tools: Formal training in delivery/project management and proficiency with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
