Job summary

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Product Performance Manager for its Head Office in Nottingham. The role is permanent, full-time with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week) and focuses on owning performance across product segments, including affordability and features in collaboration with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing.

• Own our approach to fair value, fees and charges.
• Shape customer communications and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Pricing to influence overall pricing strategy.

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours

Salary: Up to 65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
