Job summary

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking two Product Performance Managers to drive mortgage strategy and commercial performance within a key lending segment. You will own performance metrics, triggers and actions across product segments, and collaborate with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing to optimize the end-to-end proposition.

This role emphasizes customer outcomes, fair value considerations, and shaping pricing and communications while supporting sustainability and community

Location: Head Office, Nottingham (Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week)

Salary: Up to 65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

• Own performance across your product segments, including metrics, triggers and actions to drive results.


• Oversee the end-to-end product proposition (such as features, criteria and affordability) in partnership with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing colleagues.


• Monitor sales performance and pipeline conversion, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.


• Lead product reviews, identifying key risks and opportunities.


• Bring deep market insight (competitors, customer needs, regulation) and turn this into actionable improvements.


• Own our approach to fair value, fees and charges.


• Shape customer communications and retention strategies.


• Collaborate with Pricing to influence overall pricing strategy.
