Job summary

The Nottingham Building Society is hiring a Delivery Manager at our Head Office in Nottingham. The role is full-time (35 hours) with hybrid working, requiring a minimum of 2 days on-site per week.

You will prioritise and sequence work, collaborate with Product Owners and engineering leads, and drive value while managing risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of business change initiatives. If you are organised and collaborative, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of delivery principles and sustaining flow.
• Skilled in sequencing and sizing change for predictability.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Knowledge of readiness, training, and adoption practices.
• Effective at managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Builds strong partnerships across product, engineering and business teams.
• Formal training in delivery/project management and proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.

About The Role
