Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is shaping how insurers and brokers connect, decide, and grow with an AI-powered platform. The Delivery Manager will lead agile delivery within Customer Success, ensuring successful deployments, governance, and measurable benefits.

You’ll coordinate a Business Analyst and a Customer Engineer, work with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in product delivery and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management and delivery of complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Track record of juggling multiple projects with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries to build trust.
• Drive delivery momentum by optimizing team flow and agility.
• Lead planning processes and post-launch benefits realization.
• Manage a BA and a Customer Engineer and align with product vision.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement.
