Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager to join the Customer Success team. You will oversee agile delivery, manage internal and external resources, and ensure successful initial deployments with strong governance and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex projects in agile environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Ensure your team follows internal delivery best practices.
Communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries building trust.
Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities within the team.
Lead continual planning including post-launch support and benefits realization.
Identify and resolve issues in team dynamics and align work with the product vision.
Contribute to different phases of product delivery with the Product Lead.
Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
