Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is hiring for a Delivery Manager in the Customer Success team. The role focuses on agile delivery, stakeholder management, and driving value through effective governance and benefits realization across deployments.

You will lead planning, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth product delivery while collaborating with product and customer teams in a fast-paced Insurtech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects using agile methods.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with on-time delivery.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of AI/Data Science products and how they impact customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries to build trust.
• Enhance delivery momentum by optimizing team flow and agile capabilities.
• Lead ongoing planning, including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and address issues in team dynamics and align work with product vision.
• Understand product delivery lifecycle and work with Customer Success and Product Lead for improvements.
• Manage the team including a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
