Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is hiring a Delivery Manager in the Customer Success team. This role focuses on agile delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful deployments with governance and measurable benefits. Located in London or remote, it welcomes applicants from various locations.

You will report to the Head of Delivery and coordinate internal and external resources to drive continuous improvement and value realization for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record delivering multiple projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries.
• Maintain delivery momentum by optimizing team flow and agile capabilities.
• Lead continual planning processes, including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics and link day-to-day work to the product vision.
• Contribute to different phases of product delivery with Customer Success and Product Lead.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer to deliver outcomes.
• Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
