Job summary

Cytora, part of Applied Systems, is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Customer Success team. You will manage agile delivery, stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful deployments while aligning with product vision and governance.

Reporting to Head of Delivery, you’ll drive planning, post-launch benefits, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams. Hybrid/remote options are supported within the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management and successful delivery of projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with proactive approach.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with timely delivery and adjust priorities.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and product teams.
• Understanding of technology applications, especially AI/Data Science products.
• Commitment to continuous learning and agile practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries to build trust.
• Maintain delivery momentum by optimizing team flow and improving agile capabilities.
• Lead planning processes including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and resolve issues in team dynamics and align work with product vision.
• Contribute to various product delivery phases with Customer Success and Product Lead for improvement.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer to deliver the program.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing engagement.
