Job summary

Cytora, now part of Applied Systems, seeks a Delivery Manager within the Customer Success team to drive agile delivery and stakeholder alignment for successful deployments. You will manage resources, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure governance and measurable benefits across projects.

You’ll partner with the Head of Delivery to enhance post-launch support, benefits realization, and continuous improvement while fostering collaboration across Product and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Track record coordinating multiple projects and teams to on-time outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of AI/Data Science products and how they’re delivered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery team follows Cytora’s internal delivery practices.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities within the team.
• Lead continual planning including post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Manage business analysts and Customer Engineers to successful deployments.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure ongoing alignment with product vision.
• Support lifecycle delivery with Customer Success and Product Lead for improvements.
• Protect delivery momentum and address issues promptly.
