Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Delivery Manager within the Customer Success team in London or remote. You will utilise your stakeholder and project management expertise to drive deployments, governance, and benefit realization for customers.

You will focus on agile delivery, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with Product Lead and engineers, and provide post-launch support with continuous improvement. Remote/hybrid options are available and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of technology applications, especially AI/Data Science products.

• Communication: Communicates across technical and non-technical boundaries to build trust.

• Lifecycle Perspective: Supports different phases of product delivery with customer success and product leads for continuous improvement.
• Team Management: Manages a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Stakeholder Management: Builds close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensures ongoing engagement.
