Job Description
  • Managing a varied caseload of EL/PL, disease and motor/fraud defence claims.
  • Liaising directly with clients, witnesses, and opponents to progress cases efficiently.
  • Assisting partners and senior team members on complex and high-value claims.
  • Supporting business development, client training, and networking initiatives.
  • Ensuring KPIs, deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
The Successful Applicant
  • A solicitor or equivalent with up to 3 years' PQE in EL/PL personal injury work.
  • Experienced in managing litigated caseloads within the Scottish courts.
  • Skilled in communication, organisation, and time management.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and confident working independently and in a team.
  • Ideally with exposure to motor, disease, or fraud defence claims.
