Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Department Manager to lead Information Management and Office Services teams supporting Defence customers across Hampshire, primarily at HMS Collingwood with regular travel to HMS Sultan and HMS Excellent. You will oversee multiple service areas and drive performance, quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in information management, office services or admin support for complex contracts.
• Ability to travel between sites and pass SC clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplined team across Information Hub operations, Reprographics, Corporate Communications, Event Support, PA and Executive Support, and Chaplaincy Administration.
• Act as SME for Information Management and Office Services, ensuring service levels and quality.
• Build relationships with military and civilian stakeholders across sites.
• Identify and deliver improvements to service efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor performance, quality, compliance and health & safety, data protection requirements.
