Job summary

Mace, Preston, is seeking an Associate Director - Information Management to lead the IM strategy across a major defence programme. You will align processes with ISO19650 and the Mace Way, and establish the IM function across projects and the programme.

Responsible for delivering IM standards, governance and artefact control, you will provide expert technical guidance and support bids. Hybrid working and eligibility for UK security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK security clearance.
• Information management leadership experience across multiple projects/programmes.
• Information architecture, naming, numbering, filing, ISO19650 experience.
• Proven expertise in IM software such as Aconex, Viewpoint and Business Collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver IM strategies, standards and processes for the project and programme.
• Establish and manage the IM function in line with strategy and standards.
• Ensure quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored.
• Provide expert technical advice and contribute to Digital Centre of Excellence.
• Support bids with IM strategies and solutions to drive delivery.
• Lead and develop a large team, managing KPIs and continuous improvement.
