Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is recruiting a Service Manager to lead the safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance for the MoD contract. You will coordinate with supply chain partners and regional teams to deploy qualified operatives and ensure accurate CAFM documentation is kept up to date.

You will drive a positive safety culture, manage costs and support forward maintenance planning while building strong relationships with end users and internal stakeholders in a hybrid,

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance environments.
• Experience leading safety-critical maintenance operations.
• Strong IT skills including CAFM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery with supply chain and regional teams.
• Oversee safe systems of work and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time in the CAFM system.
• Manage small billable works and assist with cost-effective delivery.
