Job summary

VIVO Defence is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead safe, compliant maintenance delivery across the VIVO RFCA contract. You will coordinate day-to-day service delivery, oversee safe systems of work, and manage relationships with supply chain partners and regional teams.

You will have an HNC in a building, civil, electrical or mechanical discipline, plus a management-level Health & Safety qualification such as SMSTS. Strong IT skills and CAFM system experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in planned and reactive maintenance environments and service delivery.
• HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline and a management-level Health & Safety qualification such as SMSTS.
• Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, compliant and effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across the contract.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery with supply chain partners and regional teams.
• Ensure operatives have the correct equipment, skills and authorisations; oversee safe systems of work.
