Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, seeks a Service Manager to lead safe, compliant maintenance delivery for the MoD contract in the West Midlands, with a hybrid working model and regular travel. The role focuses on coordinating reactive and planned maintenance, supervising teams, and ensuring quality and value-for-money.

You will drive safe systems of work, review risk assessments, maintain CAFM records, and collaborate with end users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate and supervise maintenance teams.
• Strong safety culture and regulatory compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the contract.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery with supply chain and regional teams.
• Oversee risk assessments, safe systems of work and documentation in CAFM.
• Manage small billable works and contribute to cost-effective project delivery.
• Build relationships with end users and stakeholders to resolve issues.
