Job summary

Vivo Defence seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead safe, compliant, and effective maintenance across the VIVO contract. You will drive service delivery, coordinate site teams and ensure activities align with statutory requirements, HSE standards, and value-for-money targets.

You will build strong relationships with Defence Infrastructure Organisation representatives and end users, manage cost and risk, and provide technical advice to support estate operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and value-for-money targets.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of maintenance services across the VIVO contract.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery with operatives and sites.
• Develop relationships with Defence Infrastructure Organisation and stakeholders.
• Oversee risk assessments and method statements and ensure CAFMS records are complete.
