Job summary

VIVO Defence is seeking a Technical Services Manager at DSTL, Salisbury. You will lead a skilled team of engineers and operatives to ensure that planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to the highest standards, maintaining compliance, and achieving KPIs on a critical national defence site.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrical Engineer with recognised accreditation.
• Experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and operatives to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.
• Oversee compliance, health and safety documentation, and KPIs.
• Interface with DSTL stakeholders and supply chain for projects.
• Manage billable works up to £25k and CAFM scheduling.
