Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking a professional Call Centre Operative to join our client working in property debt collection. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with account inquiries, discuss repayment options and guide them toward resolving outstanding balances.

The role requires experience in customer service or call centres, strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and solid computer skills to navigate databases
