Job summary

STILL Material Handling in Bridgend, UK invites an ambitious Dealer Manager to lead our dealer network, helping to grow order intake, service sales and intralogistics offerings across the UK. You will interact with senior leaders to shape targets and strategy.

With strong presentation and collaboration skills, you will drive pricing decisions, funnel management, tender support and training, ensuring compliance and high standards across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading dealer networks and business development.
• Ability to set annual dealer targets and monitor performance.
• Strong analytical skills for market share and pricing analysis.
• Collaborative approach across internal functions and dealers.
• Knowledge of STILL Product and Services Portfolio.
• Risk management and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop the business for new truck sales, service, STR and used trucks.
• Support dealer network to deliver plans meeting annual targets including visits, tenders and negotiations.
• Set up training for the dealer team on product/portfolio, processes and tools.
• Manage pipeline forecasting and dealer performance tracking.
• Coordinate communications and campaigns with dealers and HQ.
• Lead and align organization to support the dealer network.
